Graduate degree in professional course (B.E/B.Tech) in above mentioned subjects with first division and valid NET/GATE Qualification.
Or
Post graduate degree in professional course (M.E/M.Tech) in above mentioned subjects with first division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.
