Other Qualification Details :-

1. The company invites application from the regular/contractual officers/managers working in Central Public Sector Undertakings (or SPVs)/Metro Railways/Private Sector for the post of Senior Manager/Manager (Survey) on Contract Basis.

2. Period of Employment: For a contract period of 3 years extendable by another 2 years as per decision of NHSRCL.

3. Education Qualification: Essential: For the post of Senior Manager: – B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any recognized university. For the post of Manager: – Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from any recognized university. Desirable: – Qualified in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level – 5 or Level-4 or Level-3.

4. Eligibility criteria: For the post of Senior Manager (Survey) when operated in E4 (A)Minimum 8 years of post-qualification work experience. (B) Working in analogous grade/Working in 60,000-1,80,000 (IDA E3) equivalent to Rs. 24,900-50,500 (Pre-revised). The candidate from Private Sector should be drawing a compensation more than Rs.10,00,000/- per annum. Should have experience of at least 4 years in the following areas. (A)Should have work experience in the field of survey and alignment of Railways / Metro / Road based transport projects, including elevated and tunnel sections. Should be well versed with various computer applications, relating to the job. (B) Carrying out field surveys, using latest state of the art instruments such as Total Station, DMS, DGPS and auto levels, base line data collection, processing of data/information, CAD and project preparation with Auto CAD facilities. (C) Hydrographical survey for Rivers (D)Route alignment survey.

5. For the post of Manager (Survey) when operated in E3 A. Working in analogous grade E-3 OR B. Minimum 02 years of post-qualification work experience (in E2 scale) for officers who have joined directly in E2 Scale. OR C. Minimum 6 years of post-qualification work experience. The candidate from Private Sector should be drawing a compensation more than Rs.8,00,000/- per annum. Should have experience of at least 2 years in the following areas. (A)Should have work experience in the field of survey and alignment of Railways / Metro / Road based transport projects, including elevated and tunnel sections. Should be well versed with various computer applications, relating to the job. (B) Carrying out field surveys, using latest state of the art instruments such as Total Station, DMS, DGPS and auto levels, base line data collection, processing of data/information, CAD and project preparation with Auto CAD facilities. 6. Job Description: The officer will be expected to perform following functions: – (A) Checking & verifying the alignment of NHSRCL projects. (B) Carrying out field surveys, using latest state of the art instruments such as Total Station, DMS, DGPS and auto levels, base line data collection, processing of data/information, CAD and project preparation with AutoCAD facilities. (C) Hydrographical survey for Rivers. (D) Route alignment survey. (E) Any other job as assigned by management.
